I chose to explore StumbleUpon. Definitely not a site for the young or faint at heart.

Some of the photos are graphic and more have adult content. Thousands and thousands of photos from all over the world. A good site to look for graphics and or design projects.

# 18 Thing Web 2.0 Awards

The site I chose was YELP. May not be good for library interaction but fun to PLAY! It is easy as well. I enjoyed checking out the reviews in my area

Web based applications are so much fun. Out of all the "things" I have experienced on Learn & Pay, I love this one the best.

Allowing groups to create and share a document makes the tasks so simple. These types of sites should have "web heads" grinning from ear to ear. Creating documents, spread sheets, or presentations are made easy and gives the users control over it. Changes online are seen immediately by all involved. Gives the users the ability to manipulate documents using an edit and save processes.
Web-based word processing sites are the "bomb."

Wiki-this tool does make it easy to change information between groups. I really enjoyed the Learn & Play@CML wiki

# 15 Thing "Wiki" not to be confussed with a "Wookie"

These wiki sites were an interesting. application. I enjoyed the Bull Run Library and Book Lovers Wiki sites the most. I can see why groups use this application. It's easy to share, change and develop information needed in a group setting.

I love technology...enyoyed the wikipedia entry in the Library 2.0 site-read all the perspectives on Library 2.0 and created this blog

I have heard of Twitter but never experienced it until now. It is a fun way to keep in touch with family and friends.

The resource tool was very helpful in allowing technology to work faster. It also allows you to have one site, which displays your most needed and enjoyable sites that are available to you in just a few clicks.

Accepting "YOUR" responsibility to learn

How many questions are you asked on a daily bases? I bet quite a few. Do you feel some questions are dumb? Or are there no dumb questions. Life is full of unanswered questions and it is your responsibility to gain as much knowledge in your life time as possible. Don't be afraid to pursue knowledge. They say knowledge is power. Use the challenges of every day life as your own personal text book.
